| The membership communication committee will be responsible for creating and distributing either E-bulletins and/or newsletters together with overseeing the updates to our webmaster (3 members needed)
Time commitment approx 2-3 hours per month.
The audit committee is responsible for reviewing the annual financial statements (3 members needed) Time commitment once a year (Jan-Feb)
The holiday party committee is responsible for coordinating the annual holiday party in Dec (3 members needed).
The Canstruction committee is looking for members who are willing to actively participate in this annual event. Monthly time committement - 2 to 3 hours.
The role of the nomination committee is to oversee the selection of the Board for 2009. The selection process starts in the early fall and the responsibility ends with the annual meeting in November. |
